Value for money, location, how clean and modern it was. How helpful and friendly Kim was.

One out of five rooms did not have a working radiator or fan heater. Didn’t spoil the stay too much tho.

The room was lovely as always. Kim was very helpful and extremely friendly. The location is fantastic, a short walk away from the convention centre and restaurants and bars. Fantastic stay

Says it a B&B but didn’t serve breakfast, it was a shame, as staff shortages, should have been told as it was one of the main reasons for booking it

We were expecting breakfast to included in the price as it had been on our previous visitw but it was not, although a and b establishment no breakfasts were served!!! Radiator in

Radiator barely warm, room uncomfortably cold. Narrow Shelf holding tray with kettle very loose, letting kettle slide forward when plugged in underneath with very short lead extremely dangerous whe filled with boiling water.

Excellent location, owner lovely but no breakfast availability due to staff shortage. Would recommend

Great to find a well priced single room in Harrogate, perfect little bolthole for the 2 nights I stayed. Room was fitted out to a a high standard with a comfortable bed (as long as you can get on with a single) and a decent sized shower. Absolutely fantastic, accommodating and friendly host.
