I have tried to get in touch to receive a VAT receipt and didn't get a response.

Location, value for money, comfort.

I didn't see anyone! The room was a little cool and I couldn't get the heating to work on the first night - after that it was fine.

The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean with good towels and the shower had plenty of hot water with a good pressure. The general feel of the hotel and the fittings was contemporary and upmarket. Well located and a parking permit is provided which is a bonus.

Our room was very tight for space with two people in it and there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed. The heated towel rail was directly above the toilet which was a bit of a nuisance. We had to go out to find breakfast as no breakfast was available, apparently there’s a currently a staff shortage.

Room and location and price were fine.

Staff behind reception - poor English and chatting to each other rather than attending to guests.

Kim, the owner, was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Clean and the shower were amazingly powful and well maintained. The breakfast was really nice
