I did not book breakfast as I met friends to eat elsewhere.

My first experience having access to enter myself without reception staff - all very clear instructions.

The location..very good shower..comfortable bed.

It was advertised as a b&b yet no breakfast was included..could of been slightly cleaner

The room size, the bathroom, facilities, and cleanliness were all great

Great location. Easy walking distance into the town. Kim was very helpful with warm greeting messages, clear directions for check in and parking. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and room had all the amenities.

Very friendly owner

A very very personalised experience. Kim was exceptionally good. I travel a lot for conferences and I found this to be one of the most convenient stats ever. They sorted out my parking permit. Clear instruction how to get in and out. Lots of chocolates and range of coffee and teas in the room. Very very clean. The room they gave me was a larger one while originally booked a small single bed one. Sheets were very clean and spotless. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in after a very long time.
