Nothing it was all really nice. If I were to be picky, the stairs, but the owner took my case up for me. Just so helpful.

Very clean and cosy little Hotel. I was really worried at first because I didn't receive any confirmation from the hotel until shortly before checking in, but everything went super smooth. The owner is really lovely, and it was nice having a little chat before heading to the Convention. (She wasn't pushy, either, which I appreciate as someone who can be socially anxious.) The hotel is really close to the convention centre. Staying there felt more like having your own little home within the hotel, rather than a typical "hotel" experience. I was able to relax and take breaks from the con whenever needed, which was incredibly helpful.

I have 3 requirements for a good stay, in this order: Clean, powerful shower, comfortable bed. It had all 3. I stayed in the single room. Considering it's a small room, it had everything I could possibly need. It is well located near the town. I kept my window open all night and wasn't bothered by any traffic noise, despite it being on a main road. Would stay here again if I ever came to Harrogate.

Everything was great, clean, modern, comfortable and brilliant value for money.

The only complaint I would have is the cable for the kettle is too short to make using the kettle in that area safe... absolutely everything else was brilliant.

Clean and welcoming hotel, the room was great and the location very close to the town. It was an easy check-in process which the host guided me through and was always on hand to answer questions. Bed was comfy. The hotel is quiet which is great.

The WIFI unfortunately didn't reach my room at all (there were zero bars on the WIFI signal so it wouldn't connect) so it was useless bringing my laptop with me as I couldn't catch up on work. Was disappointed with this as I'm sure the hotel can just put an extra router in the room.
