Modern hotel, short walk from station with comfortable bed and great shower. The staff was friendly and gave prompt easy guidelines to collect the keys using key master lock box. Good night sleep after a late night event.

Room clean and tidy bed comfy. Good central location easy check in and car parking also good

Poor communication prior to visit. As I'd booked two rooms for a family trip I tried to contact The Arc three days before my visit for confirmation and some advice I emailed and rang them without any response I was a little concerned so contacted Booking.com who also tried unsuccessfully on two occasions to contact them. Finally got a response on the Friday morning after that everything was then fine
