Room had flies in both bedroom and bathroom , no soap facilities and the kettle wasn’t working, not very clean

Nothing! Was utterly disgraceful , full of drug users not safe for kids or women ! Owners rude and very upsetting for me and my daughter avoid avoid avoid

As above ! The owner is the most rude person I’ve ever come across going to training standards and. Booking aren’t doing anything either ! Will be taking it further .

Booked a deluxe room but it was smaller than people would expect of a standard room, this was a 4 night stay which was supposed to be a celebration of our golden wedding. My wife was very disappointed. When booking there was a question asking if we were celebrating anything special which i clearly explained it was our golden wedding. Absolutely no response or mention of it during our stay. There was no plug in the bathroom sink until i requested one. The heating was barely noticeable. I reported that the water was barely warm, the lady said she would turn up the boiler. We never noticed any difference. The shower was just cold all the time. The lady was polite and said she was there to help. There was a male who always seemed to shout and get angry at her. I can honestly say we will NOT be returning.

Clean hotel & room, secure codes so nobody can assess without being a guest. Really Comfy beds.

The was a gap in the window which made the room cold & the outside noise was really loud. We stayed for 3 nights and the heating was never on, luckily they provided a heater but that didn’t heat up the whole room. The room is too small for 3 people & there wasn’t enough storage space for clothes / luggage. In the whole time we stayed we were never offered clean towels or had the bins changed. I think it would be nice for a bit of hospitality.
