The listed address is wrong by 2 houses. They themselves told me I'm at the wrong place when I arrived there. We called and called to no avail. That area is dodgy, so we could not let ourselves be stranded outside. Went to the right address and they told me they don't offer such services. We then had to go back to town, and went to McDonald's to discuss our next steps. Eventually contacted them on WhatsApp and they only got back to us many hours later (almost morning at this point). This is after I had already contacted my bank to reverse the payment just to spite them and their scamming ways. Eventually we decided to just go there and get our money's worth. We were able to sleep, rest, but by then it was already too late. Due to how the place looks and operates, I cannot and will not recommend this place. Nice and cheap pricing for a quick little stay, but very unreliable and very LIKELY TO LEAVE YOU STRANDED in the dead if the night in that dodgy area. They will act like they don't know anything about your booking, even as you show it to them, even when they see you out in the open in their dodgy area. Conclusion... Don't go there Cheap it not, convenient or not Don't!
