Nothing I was scammed on my arrival to address the gate locked phone on voicemail I had to make means to book another guest House which I didn't budge since waiting for my refund and consulting to the legal action

To be scammed and not received my refund.i never slept on that place

I didn't liked anything they are very unprofessional. They waited until I arrived at the premises to tell me they are fully booked and I already paid on booking.com

Their communication skills sucks. They had to call around to get me a room in plumstead when I booked for a room near cape town in saltriver/woodstock just to be send all the way to plumstead.

The venue is filthy, old furniture, the owner said I have to wait for an hour more from my check-in time, they gave my room to another people. I give the place a “minus” not even a zero.

Nothing at all they’re very bad I don’t recommend anyone to book this appointment.

Everything is bad trust me.

Use of 1 bathroom and toilet by all of us,wait for 1 another someone doing no2,that time you want to have a shower. Clients coming and going making noise.Was given a room that was smelling incenses as a result even the staff saw that .Headaches bcz of Burning of lucky sticks/charms /incenses.

Pinini was amazing🤗. I was hesitant about the bathroom sharing but she made sure that it was clean and the entire house. Clean towels provided everyday and she's warm.
