Peaceful getaway

The back of the guest house is very dirty. Outside the back entrance is dirty

The owner need to improve the place by fixing cupboards and family bed especially the kids it need to be replaced. The cutlery and dishes including pots need to be replaced immediately they are not into standard for cooking let alone eating on them . Good personal who looked after us and their wifi server was excellent. The place is scary behind the house with homeless people sleeping there though there is a camera but it was creepy.

The other guest were loud and very disturbing coming to knock after midnight waking others up.

The place was terrible. No signage on the place. Place smelt terrible and look very dodgy. They could not find our booking and than proceeded to ask if we booked the room with a bathroom. We decided not to sleep there and find alternate accommodation. Worst experience ever

We arrived for special check-in as offered on the website. Booked at 1 am checked in. To be fought with telling us they don't do this (despite the site saying 24hrs) and they insisted we checked out at 10 am!!!! So paid for a full night's stay - but only was there for 9 hours. VERY VERY disappointed. They're greedy and cannot count. NO stay no matter what special check-in insists you leave the SAME day you paid and checked in.

The place is nice, clean & affordable. It will be good if you can atleast offer tea/coffee in the morning. Little things you need to improve to attract visitors, just put towels for/in showers. I like your tight security, gate always locked. That made me to feel relaxed & comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that, after taking a shower there's no towel to dry up. I didn't expect that so it inconvenienced me as I didn't prepare for that in my laguage.
