We did not stay, we asked for our refund as the host did not honour our selected check-in time but no refund or communication has happened. Extremely disappointed- we want our refund!

We want our money back.

"I enjoyed my stay at great choice guesthouse"

I was impressed with how the owner accommodated our needs. For example, when my friends and I needed a ladder to access the roof for decorations, she readily lent us one. Her service was excellent.

I didn't like the fact that the shower door was broken

Nothing much actually was interested when we get there besides the room that was schedule for us not well organized at all,side lamps have no globes ,,their TV was blank it was all weird

The lady seem clueless about online booking ,,we have to wait for someone on the call to confirm our booking ,,,our next door room have loud group of friends who go out and come back around 2Am with bang of noise ,,and 6am they were up arguing,,,we have no toilet rolls on the bathrooms since we were there and I specifically ask the lady in charge for it but with no vail
