Cosy, clean room

Nadia was super friendly. Free parking was amazing, and it was super clean. It's half an hour walk, so everything is still in walking distance. The location is pretty quiet, which is nice.

The pillows on the bed are uncomfortable (but that's just our opinion. Maybe someone else would love them. The temperature in the shower fluctuates, and the bathroom temperature is pretty cold. All minor things, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was cozy and the location was perfect for a short stay in Edinburgh. It had all the facilities we needed. The lady that showed us the room was very kind and gave us some good information of things to do. She even refilled our coffees and teas after our first night.

Wasn’t very soundproof. Neighbours were elephants.. not really the appartments fault.

Very nice and clean room. Good size. Lovely comfortable bed, but I think it could be a bit too small for others. Staff amazing, quickly answer for any questions before we arrived. Close by is a bus station but also you can walk to centre about 30min. Quiet Lovely place.

Nice landlady, friendly. The property was close to bus stop. It was clean and cleaned regularly.

We decided to be eco and for 4 night stay to save changing towels, but there was only one towel per person - you use it for your face, hands, body, hair. The towel was always wet because of the low temperature and high humidity in the room. With the outside temperature below zero, the heating in the room was turned on for 2-3 hours a day, and one night almost missed it if I hadn't asked for it. When you've been outside all day and you're getting cold, you expect to come back to your room and warm up. I understand that the locals are tough people and wear t-shirts and shorts in the winter, but for people from the southern parts of the continent, 16 degrees room temperature is uncomfortable. The shower pressure in the bathroom was tragic. It was hard to shower, and washing your hair was a lost cause. After two uses, the leaking water heater completely stopped working. I reported the problem to the landlady by SMS but there was no response and we did not bathe for the next two days. The lack of soundproofing and the lack of shelves in the closet are the least of the problems. I hope this review is useful.
