Beautiful king room in Leith Walk

We found the accommodation to be excellent for our stay in Edinburgh. Shops, restaurants, and buses were all on our doorstep.

The spiral stone stairs to the flat looked a little daunting at first, but we are 78 and 82 years old and managed them safely. Nice solid handrail. Everything else about the accommodation was delightful.

Comfortable room (and bed) in a great location just outside the city centre. Very nice host.

Very expensive (maybe because of the Fringe festival).

The host was very kind to allow us a late checkout at 6pm.

Having a stool and a dustbin in the room would be good.

Nedeljko is absolutely a nice person and amazing as host. He's very kind and friendly and helps you with some recommendations about the city. The room was completely quiet, and the bed comfortable, as others commented. It's guaranteed you'll have a restful night.

Location is perfect and centered on Edinburgh. Easy access of transport. Good restaurant and pop's. Room is quite and peaceful

Room wasn't meet my expectations as per I paid for .No door lock in room and sharing bathroom without lock. Already their was full of stuff on wardrobe and cupboards, look like landlords give a room for 2 days.

The host was very accommodating. The location was very accessible to public transports. Supermarkets are near the area.

It can be colder than desired.
