Beautiful king room in Leith Walk

Nice and warm room, kind host.

Such a nice apartment, very cozy and a good location! The host was super nice and helpful, we definitly recommend staying here!

Our room was at the back of the flat, away from any noise on Leith Walk. Our host was very friendly & welcoming & the flat was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The flat is a good 15 minute downhill walk from Waverley train station.

We only stayed for 2 nights & didn't cook or spend evenings in at the flat, so we didn't find anything not to like.

Despite everything, the location is excellent, you can reach the old part of the city on foot. The area is very quiet. I recommend staying in this structure for a single traveler for few nights and without too many pretensions.

The stay went well but, I must admit we found an unpleasant surprise when we discovered that we had a very small bedroom in an apartment where the owner slept in the neighboring room (I thought I had booked a hotel and not an Aribnb) and most importantly, we did not have access to the kitchen. I would not call the room "deluxe" as it is very small, without a chair to put your clothes on, without a wardrobe where you can put your things. Also, all of the following services that were mentioned in the booking are actually not available: • Refrigerator • Iron and ironing board • Microwave • Kitchen utensils • Kitchenette • Electric kettle • Wake-up call • Cupboard or wardrobe • Hob • Toaster • Dining area • Dining table • Entire unit located at ground floor (it was on the second floor!) • Clothesline • Despite everything, the location is excellent, you can reach the old part of the city on foot. The area is very quiet. I recommend staying in this structure for a single traveler and without too many pretensions.

Extremely nice apartment, very nicely furnished with all needed facilities available. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Location is just outside the city centre and close to lovely restaurants, small supermarkets and bakeries.

The building of the tram line was a bit noisy at time but once completed, it will make the apartment even more attractive. The entry was a bit shabby but this is quickly forgotten when you enter the beautiful, light and well furnished apartment.

The flat is right at the Leith walk and very central. It's easy to get to the flat and to get downtown. The flat was tidy and very welcoming. Check in was easy, too. I can definitely recommend this place and if I'll come back soon and if I have the possibility, I'll take. this flat again!
