Cleanliness, facilities, staff behaviour. The rooms were not clean, the balcony door of the room didn't have a lock, and the room key was not provided. The kitchen was not available but they charged us for breakfast while booking, when the kitchen facility was not available how can they charge us for breakfast. When we ordered food from outside they didn't provide us with plates or receive cutlery and crockery. They only had one answer "WE DONT HAVE or HOTEL is under renovation. So when the hotel is under renovation why are they taking bookings. Overall a pathetic experience.

We had to shift to another fab hotel since this one was under construction and dint look safe. We stayed in Fabhotel Prime Residency and that also is not suitable for women travelling alone

ac was not working, The location was in a narrow lane, the hotel was on the second floor. Ac was not working, sheets were not clean. I had included the breakfast meal but they refused to offer it. Broken toilet fittings.

1. The water ran out after 12. They told the water will comer in the morning. 2. They didn't had blankets or AC sheets for sleep. I have told them to get it for like 5-6 time.

The location was not clear, had to call the helpline for the owner's number because the main entrance to the building was closed. Stood for 10 minutes in scorching heat on the road to understand how to enter the building and find the location. The staff at the reception was so rude when I asked him to return our ID copies. Later on, we were given a room which was in very bad condition. The AC was not able to cool down the room temperature and there was no water supply. When asked the management about the water supply, they simply said that the tank is empty and the water supply will be reinstated in the evening. Had to leave the room within a couple of hours despite Booking it for the whole day. Had to use bottled water to wash hands and face. There was also a complaint number on which we reported the issue but the lady on the phone was also careless. She was even more rude than the receptionist. This was a terrible experience as I booked the room for 1200+ but couldn't even survive there for 3-4 hours. No towel, no shampoo, no basic amenities were provided. It was worse than a cheap oyo which you can book for less than 500.
