The only thing to be liked was the location for its proximity to the hospital we were going to.

In my 20 years of staying in different hotels all across the globe, NEVER have I experienced loot and thuggery of this level. It all started when on 4th Feb 2024 I booked 2 rooms at FabHotels Premium Villa Chattarpur, Delhi from 6th Feb to 10th Feb 2024 for my brother-in-law (Sheikh Khurshid). He was accompanied by his sister, wife, mother in law, and his two kids. He is a cancer patient and was in Delhi for his follow-up appointment after stem cell therapy. Even though they reached the hotel on the morning of 7th Feb because they have been traveling all night, I had already called on the number given on the booking confirmation from Booking.com for FabHotels. It was conveyed that since the guests will reach on the morning of 7th, we have booked the hotel starting 6th. FabHotels acknowledged the heads-up. Reaching the hotel on 7th morning, all the guests were sent to Sunrise Villa (see the pictures attached) which is a little far away from FabHotesl Chhatturpur (had to take an auto rickshaw) and dirty with no breakfast. Since my brother in law is a cancer patient and was tired so he obliged and booked an auto to the property they were sent to by the FabHotels Premium Villa property. Please see the attached photos. Called FabHotels who replied they talked to FabHotels Chattarpur and that the guests were in fact given 2 rooms in the hotel that was booked. I asked for the front desk number of FabHotels Chaatturpur and was told that my family has been lodged in the hotel and not in Sunrise Villa. When I asked that I be connected to them, the front desk dropped the call. Called FabHotels again and they said they would believe if the guests call them as well. Complained to booking.com but to no avail. It was not until I talked to Lata Ji of FabHotels next day who moved them to from Sunrise Villa. Bathroom leaky and dirty, breakfast for 2 people not all 6, includes 2 teas and 2 parottas/breads. NIGHTMARISH
