The room was not clean, had mosquitoes, the washroom was not very clean, no lift - you have to climb up 2 floors, no kitchen

"Feeling Disappointed and Cheated"

The location was quite accessible.

TV, other Amenities were missing. Doors and windows didn't close properly. Difficulty with mosquitos all night. No breakfast provided even after reminding and asking for the same (paid for room with breakfast included). Very poor management. Not at all same as advertised on the site.
