Fantastic stay for 2 nights, room ready early which was a bonus, parking was easy. Caroline is a splendid hostess who makes a cracking breakfast. Great location everything within a short walk what more could you ask for

Lovely little guest house in a great location with free parking...my room was clean, modern and comfortable...breakfast was superb...definitely return at some stage...

Caroline the owner was very friendly and helpful, made you feel like it was home. Lovely lounge area and swim passes were an extra bonus. She went out of her way to provide a breakfast the children enjoyed. Very close to the amenities we wanted. We were able to arrive early and so nice to receive a text from Caroline a couple of days beforehand to confirm details and felt cared for, nothing was too much trouble
