The room at this property was well laid out for our needs. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the property was well kept and clean.

The only problem we had with this property is it didn't have disability access there is no lift and even though the bedroom was big enough the bathroom was very small.

Hotel is near the beach, promenade, shops, funfair, marina, train station, market & the town centre. Room was clean, spacious & the beds were very comfy. Great selection of breakfast & cold/hot drinks.

The owner is delightfully engaging and helpful. The location of her Guest House was ideal for my limited mobility - only around 300 yards from Lord Street. The provision of free on street parking was a lovely bonus. The cooked breakfasts were delicious. I would happily stay there again in the future.

There was an uplighter above the bed, rather than a downlight to enable reading in bed
