Very clean & modern

Bed little too bouncy but otherwise very comfortable

Very smart and stylish hotel. Bed was comfortable. Good range of tea and coffee, biscuits etc, and even a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Communal areas were clean and stylish, with useful amenities in the kitchen. Good water pressure. Communication with staff was easy and fast.

The shower wasn't great. The rainhead element had obviously not been used much, and the limescale in the water outlets meant water sprayed everywhere when I turned it on. The attachment for the smaller shower head was broken, so you had to hold it all the time (or use the rainhead which had poor water pressure for the reasons above). The door didn't close properly, and the shampoo/conditioner mounts made the bottles impossible to use (unless you took them out). It was a shame really because the rest of the bathroom was fantastic, it even had heated flooring which was impressive as it was very reasonably priced!

Parking limited for the amount of rooms but we got a space as we arrived early

Lovely clean room. 1 minute walk to lord street. Car parking space. Met manager she was lovely and helpful. Will definitely be back.
