Room excellent lovely & clean and bath room kitchen clean and had all that you needed microwave kettle toaster dish washer tea / coffee plates bowls mugs/ cups / glass fridge just if lifted blinds up people can see straight in the room/ shower on little size kettle in room and tea bags different ones coffee sugar / milk Gentleman helped us on Friday with car gave us advise where to park so not to get a ticket like to say a big thank to you much appreciate Carpark on small size was going hard to get get off and if cars don’t write their car reg on white board and room number if need to get out then you are stuck tell that person come to their car

Everything, this was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back again. We came to celebrate our one year anniversary together.

The shower, the small head had no were to hang up to keep secure while showing and shower door did t close properly , the shelving each side of the bed need to be either bigger or have a bedside cabinet, ant the lights that hung down need to be much shorter as to low and banged our heads at on them at times.

Stayed here a few times,, it’s out go to place to stay when we go to Southport. Lovely bedrooms,, beds & bedding were wonderful. Plenty of equipment to use in the communal kitchen.

Comfy and safe, out of town so no late night noise, but only a short walk to the centre!

Only the carpets, everything else was clean and lovely
