GBVery clean, well decorated and well kept. Loved using the communal lounge (no one else used it) and the kitchen amenities. Bed was great, wonderful location and the most off the pub food was amazing - very delicious!
The view - but that can’t be helped!
GBGBI loved the cleanliness and the interior decor the bed was super comfy and the hotel was in a grate location close to shops and the beach entering the building was easier than expected it was a bit of a worry as I thought we'll what if I struggle to gain access but the owner/staff was very responsive and answered all my questions
Maby having some leaflets on the entrance advertising things you can do in southport so that tourists can book and have some knowledge of what's going on in and around like leaflets on the Botanical gardens the fair golf etc local taxi numbers boat rides takeaway menus miniture village I only found out about certain activities to do on the last day and I feel I didn't get to do them as I wasn't sure what activities are in southport I looked on Google but they tell u the basic ones I would have loved to have seen the miniature village had I of known about it as it was my first time visiting southport I also found the shampoo didn't fit the holder so trying to get it out of the pump was a struggle and I ran out of milk for my tea and coffee and had to drink the oat milk some of the sugar packets had gone hard so unable to use

When we 1st arrived was trying open key box at bottom of 1st floor ....after 10min spotted key card on shelf in hall way ...maybe pop that on arrival notes

There was staff on and we couldn't get in when we arrived we had to Bang on the door for a while and then someone came to us you need a code to get in and the bedroom was to small
