Very attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind host. The place is calm and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The location is also great.

The bed is very firm. Also, bring a sleeping mask, as there is a very bright emergency exit sign in the room

We had a very comfortable stay. Room has a scenic view of Lake Toya. Host was warm and welcoming.

Beautiful, cosy suite with a wonderful lake view even in the winter, that had everything my family of five needed and more. We had a very comfortable and warm stay, enjoyed the great bathtub and excellent breakfast prepared by our very sweet and kind host. Toaster was great for us to make snacks for supper. :)

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The host was very kind and attentive, I enjoyed the conversations, the recommendations and the welcome we experienced during our stay. Thank you so much, I hope to come back one day. The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. The view on the lake is most lovely.

The gravel road accessing to it but manageable. (We even saw a deer one night)

The North side of Lake Toya is great. We really liked the restaurants and bakeries in Toyamachi. The view from Kei guesthouse is beautiful and the host is very friendly and kind. We had dinner on our first night and breakfast the next morning and both were excellent. Hope to return someday!

Very good location. It is in the heart of the city.
