The room was spacious. Located next to the bus stop I needed and close to the retail park.

The mattresses, bed frame, quilt and curtains all felt like they were from Primark. Looks ok but you can feel the low quality unfortunately.

Very comfortable accommodation in a great location The guest house is very clean and quiet and exceeded my expectations based on the cheap price Marvellous park opposite for a walk or a run and the picturesque Carshalton village nearby with shops and pubs is so beautiful
