Pilkingtons Guest House Accrington

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I particularly liked the wooden stair handrails, one on each side.

I could find no fault. The Accrington weather was not too good! It's a long way from Dartford.

Friendly and helpful staff left everything I needed, including a nice breakfast. Lovely comfortable room. Staff accommodated my need to check in late and were easily contactable when I wasn't totally sure how to get in on arrival. Perfect location (literally right next to it) for the train I needed to catch from Accrington station.

Lovely and clean with comfy bedding

The property is on the main road and the lights are bright and they did not have black out blinds so kept me awake as the street lights were burning through! So I was awake most of the night - a simple fix and cheap -

There was a selection of oats, and cereals tea, coffee. The shower was excellent very hot.

Room well kept.

The proprietor was very helpful and friendly

Room location next to a busy noisy road . Bathroom being down the hallway. Penalty payment of £10 if you don't book in between certain times.
