good style bathroom and spacious

No toilet in the room. noisy traffic, hot room so window had to be opened. no valve to shut off on the radiator. bathroom down the hallway. no access to the rear of property where your car is so long walk round with bags. £10 fine for not showing up between 4pm and 7pm ?
