Beautifully decorated and she thought of all little details. Town is very quiet at night which is great for a peacefull sleep. The pub next door serves excellent food!

The Coaching Inn is immaculate in every respect, maintained to the highest standard. Our host, Janine, was so friendly and informative providing us with details of local restaurants and beauty spots. We were delighted with the establishment and thoroughly recommend a visit. The breakfast was delicious ! All in all a wonderful environment. We had a lovely stay.

Located in the centre of town, right beside the Dufferin Arms Restaurant where the food is superb and reasonably priced. From the moment I walked through the door, the hospitality from Janine was flawless. She welcomed me with such kindness and attentiveness, which continued throughout my stay. The attention to detail is impeccable. You can always tell how much an owner cares about their property by the decor/asthetic and the fine detail. The Dufferin Coaching Inn is definitely an indication of that. Breakfast was sublime - listening to classical while enjoying french toast with the added phial of maple syrup; I don't think life gets any better than that! For me, I cannot justify enough just how exceptional the standards are at the Dufferin Inn. Maybe Im biased, but for a girl who is completely engrossed in vintage asthetic, the warm and inviting welcome I recieved from not only the hostess but from the room itself (tiny apartment might I add), this was/is the most perfect stay!

Very friendly and warm welcome with tea, coffee and snacks too. Lovely room with very comfortable beds and excellent choice for breakfast. A delightful place to stay next to a great pub and a good base to explore Strangford region.
