The TV doesn't work, and also there was hair on my bed

Absolutely nothing.

The complete setup is untidy, filthy, not as per the advert pics at all….

The area of Marloth park was very cool. The wildlife was amazing, we saw zebra, giraffe, impala, warthog a few meters from our room. The smart TV was a bonus and the wifi.

We expected more from what we advertised. It was very expensive for what you get. Paid for the cleaning fee, yet no cleaning was done during our stay. The R500 refundable deposit was not given back. It was not clean - the fridge, bathroom, cupboards etc. There were cockroaches in the room!! Not much privacy. Noisy road traffic. The pool area was not clean so we didn't use the pool even though it was 44°C when we arrived. We just expected more from what we saw was included on bookings.com. They need to up their maintenance and cleanliness. This place has so much potential, very sad to see it like this.

It was nice and quite and easy to find.

There were some cockroaches, but Moyo quickly sorted it out.

Nothing of this trip was likeable at all.

Point 1: When we arrived at the place everything was dirty and not ready for us to arrive. Point 2: After they showed us our place we started to pack out and get settled just to pack everything up again because they made a double booking and we needed to move. They gave us a very small room which was uncomfortable and had a massive overflow of cocrages. It was in the shower, in our room and kitchen The yard was extremely dirty and rabush was laying all over and including the swimming pool. I am very unhappy for the value I received for my money. I would also like to get a email from you stating when I will be refunded my R500 that is stipulated in your policy. Your speedy response will be appriciated !! Alternitive contact me on 072 376 2225.
