Room was so good and That mountain view 😍 staff was so polite and helping

Nice view from the room of mountains. Big room. Balcony. Good location....quiet except for dog that was tied up and whining a lot. People complain about the steps but Mcloed Ganj is on a mountain so of course there are many steps and hills. Staff and owner are really friendly and nice.

It was very cold and had to pay extra for heating which should be explained before booking. In the winter heating should be included and maybe a got water bottle provided. Only a blanket for top of bed is very unhygenic...should have a clean sheet. For the price of the room a clean sheet would be expected.

Only thing letting this place down is the shower head not working and hot water is not always there

The staffs are well behaved and helpful. The facilities are adequate. The view from the room and balcony is lovely. Wonderful to enjoy the snow capped peaks and valley from the private balcony with hot cup of tea or coffee

The steps to reach the stay. . To reach the stay one need to walk down around 90 steps, which were quite steep. It may not be very comfortable for aged or someone who is suffering from breathing problems. Also, missing of few basic amenities in the room like, there was no mirror in the room except one small over the wash basin in washroom and no cloth hanging facility in washroom. It's quite difficult to keep clothes and towel on wash basin while bathing.

Very Good View, Heater in room was very effective, coffee and room service was good. Room & Toilet was clean.
