"Exceptional"

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped me with booking taxi and payment on line because my international credit card didn't work. Also the hotel has a good view and in a quiet location. Highly recommended!

"Good value for money"

Very nice view, hotel far from the road (thanks to the 100 stairs), confortable bed, very close to the core of McLoed Ganj.

Windows not sound proof, i found the barking of stray dog at night uncomfortable. Other review says the stairs to go to the hotel are horrible, and if you have a suitcase it might be, but honestly the whole city is like that (welcome to the mountains) and it takes just one minute to go to the main road

overall good stay, location is not vechicle accessible, have to climb some stairs to reach the hotel. The rooms are clean and views are also great from balcony. Staff need to improve some aspects in services.Family friendly place.b But overall good experience.

"Perfect! Beautiful view, sparkling room with loads of space and so affordable"

Perfect - just what we were looking for! Something quieter, away from the road, with a lovely mountain view, balcony and affordable! The room was HUGE and such a bargain The hot water worked really well - bathroom really clean and functional with no issues Bed super comfortable and clean The owners are so lovely and "hands off" - as in they don't hover around you all the time, but if you need them they are very quick to respond on WhatsApp We had such a lovely time - really recommend it! An eagle got so close to our window I could see it in detail

A little difficult to find as didn't have a sign pointing us there - but a local helped us in seconds and was easy peasy after that

spacious, clean, splendid view, hot shower any time, good attitude of staff

in winter, cold. no heating difficult to find quite long stairs from main road, but you may find it good for exercise
