Decent room and good location.

Overpriced compared to other guesthouses in town

Very good location. served its purpose for our 2 night stay so we could do the overnight trips here available in nong khiaw. massive rooms and comfy beds

bathroom could be a bit cleaner and the staff weren’t overly helpful!

Location was good and the view too (although we didn’t see it from the room). The lady at check in was helpful.

The room didn’t look cleaned. There were shaving hairs from previous guest and stains on the bed. Also the bathroom was covered in mold which you could smell from the bed (I didn’t sleep well because of breathing in that)

Good location, nice balcony. Fairly basic room, with basics for what you need.

Location is good

We booked a room in this hotel in advance. On arrival, host told us that all the rooms were actually fully booked but that they had an 'emergency' room they could provide and of course, for the exact same price. The room didn't even had proper windows, everything inside was dodgy so we decided not to stay there. On top of that, host was super hostile from the start and didn't care about the situation that was happening. Can't tell anything about the 'normal' rooms they have so make your own opinion. Would never come back again

The staff was good and kept my charger after I checked out. Really appreciated that. Second floor end unit has a great river and Lou rain view. Nice to have a little patio area.

Booking says the property takes credit card, they don’t. Very difficult to communicate with on site owners. Friendly enough but difficult. The bathroom barely has water pressure.
