Comfy room with decent beds and friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was OK. Location was fine but still more than 1km walk to registan. Nowhere to eat closeby.

Extremely Unpleasant and Unsafe Experience I had a very bad and frightening experience at Hotel Imron in Samarkand. The host falsely accused us of stealing a towel—which we absolutely did not—and behaved in an aggressive and creepy manner. He demanded to see the second towel, and right after my wife had taken a shower, he took the wet towel and smelled it in front of us. This was deeply inappropriate and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He then followed us, tried to force us to open our bags so he could go through our personal belongings, and later even turned off the electricity in our room to harass us. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and upon check-in, they tried to give us a completely different and worse room than what we had booked. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

It's value for money because of the location, staff and the facilities. very near to Gur Amir and walkable to Registan square I reached there by 9 AM and still they allowed me to check in early because of my kids.At the check out, they allowed me to print my boarding pass without any hesitation.

The hotel was undergoing construction, cited a flood as the reason, and relocated me to a different hotel. Highly unprofessional.

1. Very spacious rooms, very comfortable once you're inside. 2. Very clean, top hygiene. 3. Decent breakfast. 4. Good location - walking distance to major points of interest. 5. Good towels and linen.

1. Hosts are not very friendly. We did not feel welcome there. 2. The hotel is still under construction, so not many open spaces. 3. The reception does not have a proper seating area. If you arrive early, you can not sit and wait. Or even use the washrooms, as they're not there in the reception. 4. The Genius deal that I booked on this site promised Breakfast+Early check-in. When I wrote to the property, I was told it was subject to availability. Fair enough, and very much understandable. Upon reaching, we were offered a room right away if we paid $20 extra. Strange. Finally, we were given the room after an hour and did get the early check-in.

The breakfast was satisfactory. The location was also very close to the historical site.

It is a 2-storey hotel. There were no protective barriers on the balconies on the floors. The balcony door was also not locked, which is a very risky and dangerous situation, especially for children.

Imron hotel was immaculately clean and in a great location for amazing sights like Registan Square and Timur's mausoleum. The rooms and hotel were furnished to a high standard and provided everything one could need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special thanks is due to the owner of the hotel who helped us with any questions we may have had about Samarkand. He also was extremely helpful in finding us accommodation in Bukhara, even though we were arriving at 2am - he used his contacts to secure us a bed for the night. Extremely helpful!

Very nice couple running the whole place...the boss is very very hard working...I would stay there again if I go there...
