Room was clean, and WiFi good working . Good Location very close to Registan..

Breakfast. I don't recommend. Some old fries were for two days left on the table. It was a problem with finding the guest house. They took us to another hotel. In that hotel they shown to owner that our reservation belongs to them. It's a problem with communication. No soap and shampoo in the bathroom. They let us leave a luggage, but when we came back to pick up we felt very uncomfortable.

They don’t know how to arrange a guest regarding room service, bathroom service, etc

On my first day they gave me a room with outside private bathroom. However the next day they moved me to another room with bathroom inside. Location is within walking distance from all the main sites. It felt like staying with own family. Was really helpful when I asked for help regarding taxis to Urgut despite language barrier. The owner took me to the taxi stand himself just to make sure that I got the right one. Got my breakfast ready earlier than the official time as I had to leave really early to catch the taxi. The whole family was really friendly and made me feel at home. Booking.com has got the location gps wrong. First day it took me to another hotel in a totally opposite direction. Luckily the owner of that hotel knew of the right place ( he faces tourists with same problem everyday) and directed me to it. For a solo female traveler that was really daunting as it was already dark. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon for other travelers.

The decor was a bit dated although was clean. But if like me its just a place to sleep then its ok.
