"If you are looking for efficiency but no luxury, it is a good place for you."

The place is still under construction, it is not yet done from the outside and also some parts inside. The room i got was good, comfortable, clean and had everything that i needed so had no problems at all. The location is great.

"a real family atmosphere just a few minutes from Registan"

The owner is what makes you feeling a real family atmosphere of this guesthouse. The staff was very friendly, gentle and helpful. I received several information and useful tips about Samarkand. I loved their breakfasts - abundant, tasty and traditional. Despite my departure early morning - around 6am, I got full breakfast, which most probably you cannot get in a hotel at that time. The owner does not speak English well but did his best to understand my poor Russian :-)
