After paying my advance on booking the hotel and reaching from bangalore to the hotel they were replying your booking is canceled and I didn't get any mail regarding this and my advance amount which I paid has not been refunded and fab hotels customer care are not picking the call,please help me out

Worst hotel ever visited. Rude reception Staff didnt allow to check in despite prior booking and voucher available throgh booking.com. He denied any such boking was done. Booking.com should not be having such hotels in their list, who denies guest late at night. Road outside hotel was more clean.

the location of the place is what is working for the place but everything else is too sad - i believe the owner has stopped showing interest in keeping up the place because the location is bringing business so why focus on the upkeep. The Central Park Metro is hardly 20 mtr walking distance across the road thus easy to commute as well as a landmark for hiring auto or taxi but equally disappointing to get food close by.

There is not a single thing that can be liked - the entrance of the place shows the neglect with the upholstery of sofa and depressing walls with loose wiring and dirt all over. The front desk is a mess with old wall hangings and cluttered front desk while water bottle stacks kept against the walls. As you progress towards the lobby which isn't much but a way to the staircase and the non existing lift as on date, the circuit breaker lie open with high voltage wires spread around. The stairs are slippery because they are cleaned only ones at the start of the day. The room is unkept with cockroaches and mites eating through the furniture that is an almirah without hangers or a hanging rod or a key, a bed fixed to the wall with an age old mattress that is so uncomfortable and the bedsheet, bedcover, comforter are so old that you wouldn't want to use the bed, then there is a dirty spotted mirror with a lopsided mirror lamp on top, a glass table top - again dusty and a rexine sofa which i did not sit upon thinking that it will dismantle if i sit on it. The TV is placed at a corner (at an angle which can not be viewed from the bed or the sofa) on a cupboard which is infested with mites and cockroaches. Similar is the condition of the bed so much so that cockroaches were on the floor and on the bed and bedsheets. Staff had to be requested for drinking water, towel and toiletries. The toilet was requested to be cleaned but even then only an eye wash, the toilet seat was broken and a mismatch to the size of the pot and there was no hot water. The AC remote did not work, there where no doormats at the entrance or even at the toilet door where they kept a towel. Overall its a compulsion which made me stay there other wise if there were better options I wouldn't have stayed in a place so unkept.
