The single room itself was great. It had a desk and an outlet close by. The night table and fan were great, too. The shared bathroom was enormous.

They wanted to charge me thirty Mexican to rent a towel. No soap or shampoo offered. I wanted to stay close to the airport and selected that as a search criterion but this place came up. It’s NOWHERE NEAR the airport. It’s in fact in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, close to the Angel statue and Zona Rosa. Arriving at night a couple of blocks away on Sullivan street there’s very visible pяоsτιτυτιοη along the street, which may be unsuitable for younger guests. The neighbourhood seems unsafe as can be noted by the signs posted on the inside of the main entrance.

In general, everything was fine.

Communication issue. I came from the United States and I do not speak Spanish. When I arrived, The door was locked, and there was no doorbell, I knocked on the door, but nobody answered. I sent them a message " I arrived, please open the door", but no response. I believe this place is more suitable for local Spanish speaking people, not for foreigners. Do you speak Spanish is the major concern before you book the place.

Superb unbeatable location, conveniently located blocks away from Reforma. The common areas are okay, and the staff was always smiling. Not present, but if you ever saw them, they were very nice.

If you´re planning a day or two visit, this place is okay. Try to check that you get a room with windows, because half their rooms are in the middle of a hallway with no ventilation (and the ceiling seems to be connected to the other rooms, where you can hear the next person watching videos on their phone or snoring). Also, it is not soundproofed so you can hear everything, specially when cleaning, all the yelling and conversations feel like the people are sitting next to you. The facilities need a lot of maintenance, there are some obvious ceiling deterioration and mold stains in the bathrooms due to humidity and no ventilation. You can tell this was an older person's house and decided to change it into some sort of hostel, but generally, uncomfortable for long stays. Shared bathrooms that are constantly "cleaned" but there was a point where I had to buy my own toilet paper because they were out of it for the weekend. Also asked the staff if the room could be changed but didnt answer for 4 days until I saw a cleaning lady and she kindly helped me with the request.

Nice house made into a hostel in a quiet neighborhood, common areas are spacious, nice living room and large kitchen, small outdoor patio too. Walking distance from many cafes and can also walk a bit further to Chapultepec.

House has a lot of echo, so it can be loud, but that’s not their fault. we paid more to reserve a queen bed but we were given a full size bed with no windows to the outside, not a huge deal but a bit of a bummer. Some small things could really make the experience better, the toilet paper was often out on the 2nd floor, no drinking water provided, kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets were not well cleaned.
