Nice kitchen and comfortable mattress

I made my booking on booking.com and paid for it online. After 20 hrs+ flying from Asia and with jetlag increíbly tired, got to the hotel and no one answered the door. Waited for half an hr, managed to call them and they said they were full and told me to cancel my booking and go somewhere else. After a long conversation they said ok they could come in half an hour. After they got here they gave me a bed in a tiny tiny room sharing with one other huge man (im a female). What i have paid for was a 4 bed female dormitory. I wasn't feeling very comfortable with that. Eventually they put me in 6-bed dorm. Very disappointed with my experience of my stay. Also the way how they handled the situation. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or try to make it up.

There are curtains for every bed. There's a living room with comfy chairs to relax. The place is clean. Location is safe and easy to get around.

A bit cold. The blankets are a bit thin for winter.

Good location, good price, good internet, nice shared space and staff :)

Quite a noisy place, the walls are very thin. Some of the rooms share a ventilation hole through which light and noise from the other room enters. Something to keep in mind when booking this place.

Very cosy, curtains for a dorm bed always a bonus. Staff were helpful when needed.

Nothing comes to mind, although when you arrive it just looks like any other house. This is okay but never experienced that for any hostel or hotel before.

Location and convenience

Loudsy, no good quality in the room, I got very thing curtains and light will just past thru , we didn’t have water for one day.
