Walking distance to immigration office. Convinient location for travellers who want to extend tourist visa very early in the morning. Calm and peaceful green surroundings. Bedbug free bed.

Mouldy dark room, with trace of rat. Droppings of rat was on the bed. Rats running in the attic very late at night. No hot showers. Heater broken. Ancient AC without remote. Broken door nob. May be it is due to lack of guest staying here, but condition of the room was terrible.

Bathroom could be cleaner

We stay 2 days there and it was a big room with balcony. I realy like the bathroom hidden in a weardrobedoor, looks like in the movies. The owner is very nice and thoughtfull and helped with all the questions and needs we have. We definetly will come again.

The hotel was one of my favorites in Sri Lanka after 1 month of traveling. The rooms are very nice and the price for that is unbelievable. Monkeys are playing in front of the balcony in the morning in the trees. The owner is very nice . I loved to stay there . Very nice vibe !

The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable and everything worked just fine. The location is perfect for those who need to go to immigration office. The owner is such a kind soul 😊
