The location is very near the visa office.

Beds were uncomfortable and room run down.

Friendly owner, very clean, not expensive, and close to the department of immigration

Ideal location. Eco-friendly destination.

Pros: - They got my booking 30 mins before I showed up & there were no issues there (as the property is their home) - Close to the Visa office so quick & easy (walkable) if needing to stay nearby - Host was friendly & amenable :) - AC in room but not needed as was cool enough thankfully - hot water in shower - Clean sheets & towel provided

Notes for improvement: - Please update the booking.com room description so guests know exactly what they're getting as there are quite a few missing promised amenities (e.g. I booked specifically for a room with a bath, but I was told by the property that the room I booked didn't have a bath. It's clear in the booking it says it did - and this was the reason I booked the property. They did move me rooms when I showed them, but then in the other room the bath was dirty and there was no hot water, so I moved back downstairs and alas, no bath!) - Providing a kettle etc. in the rooms or tea making facilities for personal use would be lovely- the kitchen felt very much for family & it's awkward to come out to use in pajamas! - A complimentary/free of charge water bottle, plus soap & body wash (especially if promised!) would be great little touches that make a big difference! (There was no soap/wash in either of the bathrooms I saw)
