The host Aruna was friendly and nice. And the location was convenient to our requirements

"Good value for the price"

Good value for money. The manager of the property was helpful. The air-conditioning was working very well - kept the room really cool and comfortable. This hotel is very close the Sri Lankan government offices issuing passports and national ID cards.

The room was not the cleanest we have stayed in. The bedsheets had stains and the bathrooms were a little unclean. The overall experience was okay.
