The owner was really nice and supportive.

The wash room wasn't the cleanest. It was usable but should be cleaner.

It’s nice, it’s in a secluded area, it’s clean and the energy there is great.

I liked everything.

It’s calm, clean and quiet and within easy walking distance of the visa office. Anura your host is very kind, helpful and caring. The rooms are spacious and the guest set in a peaceful residential road away from all the noisy chaos of Batteramulla

Washroom .shower not good

This place is an underrated gem, close to the department of immigration, but so much better than I anticipated, that I will stay again if I need a place in Colombo. Great value, host looks after you.

I liked everything, especially when I found out that the wardrobe was the entrance to my private bathroom 😂

Parts of property could do with refurbishment but the price is good

Location is great if you need to go to immigration, just around 10 minutes walk. Also the area is nice, quiet and close to restaurants and shops. The room was quite spacious too. AC works

There’s no hot water, which it’s not necessarily a problem. Colombo can get quite hot, but if you’re there for longer stay, wouldn’t recommend. Cleaning could improve.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The location is very safe. The room is clean and tidy. Everything was great. I highly recommend this place.
