A Contempo Guesthouse

i booked for 2 nights, but only stayed one, i was informed by the staff that i must request a refund, i did, then all the stories started, do this do that and up until today nothing happened, no refund, i will never book through booking.com or book at this guesthouse again. no service, no help, no professional person to talk to, no manager and only one blaming the other. dont ever book

Everything about the place the only downside was the stairs but otherwise it was nice

The fact that it is an open plan not 2 rooms

The fact that it was hot and their aircorns are functioning properly

The lady who was answering the cellphone line everytime I phoned she was not welcoming at all. Telephone etiquette is very much important, if i had a way to cancel i was going to do so, however the ladies on shift on check in were very welcoming.

Breakfast and easy access to the CBD

Guest were noisy especially at night over weekend

No towels in the bathroom. Cleaning time ends at 12:00, it should go beyond, No bar fridge in the room

No ghosts inside

There are very strict with checkin and out time, no manners when it comes to that. They came into my room by force only 3 mins after the checkout and i cant forgive them for that. Im not going back there.
