"Don’t recommend"

It was really clean within the appartment - everything was cleaned and packed inside plastic bags - we didn’t know why at the beginning. The owner was really kind.

There was a lot of cockroaches all around the house and inside the apartment, the garden and the basement was a mess - on the official pictures we see only the front of the building, we spent only 2 ouf 7 days and move to the another location - we couldn’t sleep with bugs, if anyone needs a proof I have pictures

"Great place, highly recommend"

A great small apartment with everything but a dryer machine (which isn't really a big issue but 95%+ humidity and air drying clothes is, well, interesting). Great location, very clean, we received a welcome gift and also a goodbye gift which was so nice. The owner is a very nice guy who speaks English and was available in case of anything. On the last night of our stay, he brought some wine from his home region in Portugal and we talked. Overall great experience!

A dryer machine would be so much appreciated, but anyway it's a great place!

"Great Apartment in the heart of Sao Miguel"

Ideally located little apartment with all the amenities we would need. The apartment owner was lovely, he welcomed us to the property on arrival, and brought local bananas and wine to try. He also organised washing and drying of our clothes, which was hugely appreciated. We stayed with our 2 year old son, so spent most evenings out the front of the property watching the world go by!

Manuel is a very cordial and observant host! The location is perfect, close to everything. It is also a very quite area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. We had a great time!

The bed is relatively narrow. Jellyfish on the nearest beach, which has norhing to do with the apartment, of course. The price is rather high but the apartment is worth it.
