The property was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and helpful, whatever you need, Manuel is always ready to help.

Everything was just perfect, the owner really cares about the place so you have everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and house has a good central position on the Island. I sure recommend!

Very friendly host. Responsive, helpful and very hospitable. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The property also has a washing machine. Good location, especially if you have a car. It is close to a big store, the main roads, it is in the center of the island and it is a good starting point for most trips. The surroundings are quiet, only in the evenings you can hear the barking of several dogs. Free parking is available next to the accommodation. WiFi is excellent. Although they don't have cots available, we were given a rail for the bed where our baby slept, so that was nicely taken care of. The apartment is also suitable for a family with a baby.

We had ants in our apartment. Because the humidity on the island is high, wet clothes and towels did not dry well. However, the host offered us the possibility of drying in the machine, if we had problems because of this. The beds were comfortable, but a little creaky. Nevertheless, we were overall very satisfied with the accommodation.

The location was very good as it was central and provided a good base for seeing the island. Manuel was a superb host as he responded to all of our questions and queries promptly and worked hard to solve any issues that arose. The unit was modern, spacious and extremely clean. Parking was no problem as there was lots of spaces on the road beside the place. In addition, we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and Manuel came to "toast" our departure with a special port wine. It's those little things that really make this a great place to spend our time on Sao Miguel.

There was barking dog issues as the next door neighbour had two large dogs. There is no ocean view, except on one of the upper floors and the garden view was a bit more "rustic" than we anticipated. It indicated that it is a work in progress.

The apartment is in a quiet spot, yet close to all important locations. The owner i extremely helpful and made us feel at home.

Seems like Manuel is the best host I ever met. It was amazing, super clean, well furnished apartments. The Internet is great. Also, need to notice that each attribute of the kitchen has been packed. You definitely know that this particular thing has been clean carefully. Manuel treated the local food. So, 10 of 10!
