Perfectly located less than 15 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada and the airport. Less than 5 minutes to beaches and various beach bars and restaurants. Easy access to attractions on either side of the island and the north shore. Manuel, the owner, who lives adjacent to the rental units, could not be more kind or responsive.

We had an amazing vacation, thanks in large part to our apartment owner, Manuel. From the first day to the last we enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Manuel was welcoming, generous, and generally a pleasure. We had many interesting conversations with him about the island. Thank you, Manuel! We will definitely stay here again if we return to this wonderful island. Val & Ella

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom also met all needs (e.g.: bidet). It can be seen that the host pays attention to the details. It is not close to the center of Ponta Delgada, but it was easily accessible even by public transport. Emanuel, the host, was very friendly and helpful, whatever you needed, he was always ready to help: he marked on the map the places we should visit, and we received a lot of useful and interesting information about the island.

We cannot say anything bad about our stay. It was perfect, we hope we will be able to go back again and spend new beautiful days at this accommodation.

Everything you need was available. The host showed great care if everything was ok. We received a compliment from the owner both upon arrival (a bottle of wine), during our stay (with a bunch of bananas grown on his own farm), and he personally accompanied us while driving away. There was a problem with the washing machine during the stay, it did not work. It was fixed. And while the washinh machine were being repaired, the clothes were washed by the owner.

The only thing was high humidity, towels and clothes did not dry well (inside the house) . And I happened to notice an insect 2 mornings :) Access to the garden/terrace was very conditional (small space for only 2 chairs). Recommendation for host - messy/unordered space right next to it with old furniture)

The place was spotless, it had everything we needed and our host was just amazing! The location is very good if you have a car, since it's in the middle of the island, so you are close to all the attractions.

Perfect location to move through the island with a rental car. Manuel and his family are super lovely, attach to the details and perfect hosts! The accommodation had a perfect size for us two, lot of light and quiet. Kitchen equipped with everything needed! Manuel even left some towels to take to the thermals waters. We just loved our stay a are sad it already ended.

Nice apartment everything there what you need, good located (but you definitely need a car on the island), very sympathetic host who cares (wine, fruit, cookies, tips for trips) and the right attitude to life. THANK YOU Manuel we enjoyed it very much with you

Plenty of space, well-equipped apartment. East to visit the whole island, but you need a car. Super friendly and attentive host.

Property was lovely clean and in a good location. Manuel and his family were excellent hosts. The apartment had all the facilities you could need and there was always parking available in the street.

Apartment was super clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Free parking available in front of the house. Wifi worked well. Big supermarket is close (5mins by car). I recommend this accommodation. Manuel, the owner is very nice and always ready to help. He welcomed us with bottle of wine and came to say goodbye day before our leaving with a port wine and cookies.

The bed could be maybe wider.
