Thomasha Homestay & Tuk Tuk Tour

Thomasha has a friendly and accommodating little operation, building a little block of flats basically out the back of his own place it's just out of town and has a really great little village feel to it! He's making this little thing happen on his own back so it's simple, no mod cons except a decent AC. Might wanna have bedding/toiletries or just enjoy how it really is... Hooked me up with some food that eve and was very helpful with getting around; definitely trust him to take U somewhere for a good pic if that's Ur thing. And was most helpful regarding that ubiquitous travel mistake - leaving a bankcard... somewhere... Cheers mate

Arrived in Wellawaya and on short notice, out of season & made this booking, so with that in mind not much at all to complain about He built the place so I'm not gonna give him too much grief if the plumbing needed a bit more work! All good

Please read We booked one night 10 minutes before arriving, and he was already prepared to host us. The bedroom was super clean, nice matress, with fan on the ceiling, three big windows and a complete bathroom. 100% recomended, the best price in welawaya. But the best of all was Tomasha, the owner, he offered us many tuktuk rides, recommand us restaurants, laundry service, we went togheter to the waterfals and we met all his lovely family. We ended up staying one more night and the last day he brouht us to the train station and make sure we took the correct bus. It would be a mistake if you don't stay at Tomasha's ! Book it guys ! Thank you Tomasha ❤️🌴

Very nice host! He was very helpful and gave some good tips of what we could do in the neighbourhood.

Room was clean and had nice bathroom. Owner was amazing, he gave us free pick up from bus central in Wellawaya. Delicious welcome tea with cake!

Really enjoyed our stay at thomasha’s homestay, very reasonably priced accommodation which was perfect for our stop over. The owner was really helpful and brought us to Ellawela and diyaluma waterfalls which we highly recommend to anyone staying here in the future.
