"BED BUGS AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING NOT FIT FOR A DOG !! We had to leave and find alternative accommodation as it was so awful ! BED BUGS filthy mattresses avoid at all costs ! Rude unhelpful staff who are avoiding all emails to refund our money ! I have many photos the site will only let me upload 4! I will be reporting this hotel and the attaching restaurant to environmental health !

The staff was nice

The room was full of cobwebs. There was no remote control for the Tv, só we were given another room where the cold water from the táp didn't work.

"Good size bedroom for the prince"

The staff were very helpful and friendly, good value for money

Little things could do with fixing, leaky tap, lights need fixing and lock on toilet door, bathroom needs cleaning
