Free parking, tasty food at the restaurant downstairs and absolutely polite and helpful staff made our stay comfortable.

Noisy doors in hallway and peeping sound outside woke us multiple times.

It was a nice place and easy to find, close to train station, staff were lovely.

Older place so floorboards and doors shifted, shower was dirty, no soap and flush on toilet didn’t work.

We did not stay in the property as at the last minute we read a review saying it had bedbugs. I couldn’t bear the thought of more itchy children as my kids had had chickenpox over Christmas. So we booked another hotel and paid twice 😓

We didn’t stay there due to concerns about possible bed bugs.

It's was dirty, the shower was disgusting, mould in the corner of the room, the lamp was faulty and had to be wiggled to keep it coming on but kept going off. Noise through the hallway all night and beeping constantly. Staff was rude, couldn't lock your door properly.
