Very nice and helpful staff, quiet area, well located, fully equipped for short or long stay, nice common room and terrace

Very friendly, kind, and professional owners! Complimentary organic bananas, also nice cold water provided. Location was good, it’s near the Russian market and the S21 Prison museum. There was also a mini fridge! :) overall really recommend!

Location was a bit far from downtown (about 45-55 minute walk, but there’s also busses semi-available). The room was a bit hot with just the fan, but there’s AC at an extra cost if you need it.

The owners were more than nice. It’s a family run business and that people is amazing. Super welcoming and ready to help. It’s a bit out of the center but it’s easy to reach it with a tuktuk, and it’s not even expensive. The toilets were ok, a bit too small but clean. The only things were the room with the window facing the corridor and not open air, and the spiral staircases a bit too narrow and so a bit dangerous.

Location was good, staff was friendly, matrass was good

No hot shower, nylon matras cover, small piece of sheet, small fleece blanket. Feeling trapped in metal cage on top floor with no possible way out in case of fire. Unpleasant metal staircases. We left a day earlier.

Our stay in this guesthouse was absolutely awesome. The location is very nice, the hosts are super welcoming and the others guests were super respectful. You even have a beautiful terrace (our favorite place in the guesthouse) ! I would definitely recommend this house for backpackers. Thank you Vanny’s family for your hospitality !

The place is nice, quite unique arquitecture, with a beautiful welcome from the family. The room is quite big, with a fridge inside and comfortable bed. The location is nice, close to the russian market and not far from the S21 museum. The quality price is by far the best we found in phnom penh.

The bathrooms are a little to small and simple, quite difficult to get a shower comfortably.

Very friendly and helpful owners, they gave us lots of useful information. We had only cold water in our bathroom at the time, but it was fine in the hot weather. A/C in the room very good Very near the Russian market where you get everything and nice cheap restaurant with local cuisine nearby (No. 72, recommended by the owners). Just be prepared to walk up a few steep flights of stairs to this room, it's at the very top,.but with a nice little private balcony. Safe area to walk around even after dark.

The owner of guesthouse are friendly and willing to help. Had a nice stay.
