Location was perfect.. Full English Breakfast was fantastic . Soft comfortable bed

Duvet could have been bigger, think it was a small double, it would be perfect for one person, but for a couple it was a bit too small and short.

Very comfortable beds and rooms, which were nicely decorated and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel at home, especially at breakfast, which was excellent. Great power shower, which most B&Bs and hotels don't have. The owner created a parking space for us, which was very kind. Great location for the beach, pier and town centre.

Not much not to like. The short stairs to room 8 needed a handrail for my elderly mother-in-law. There was a broken door lock and a hole at the bottom of the bathroom door in our room (room 4), which wasn't a great look, but a minor thing. The TV was a bit small.

A lovely homely hotel within walking distance of beach front and pier. Literally cross the road and its all there! Plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and the town centre close by. A lovely walk along the beach heading towards quieter spots.

My son and I spent two nights here and we really enjoyed our time at the Sandrock. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is well cooked and tasty. Location is great right on the beach front. Beds are comfortable and the en suite bathroom is spacious. All in all its a fantastic hotel and great value for money and I'd certainly come back.
