Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. I've stayed at multiple places in Clacton and this is easily the best place to stay.

Duvet could have been a tad longer, didn't cover me and it was full winter. Luckily there is an air heater but it's not something you want to have running all night (I only ran it a few minutes before hopping into bed).

Really lovely and welcoming owner, the breakfast was just perfect and the room was pristine too! Bed was super comfortable, location was amazing. No faults whatsoever. Would definitely return!

Everything. Room was ready when I got there nearly 3 hrs before check in. Very comfortable, very clean, great location and breakfast was excellent. Made to feel very welcome .
